Travel Training
WRTA is happy to announce that travel training is now available to anyone who uses WRTA services!
At your request, a WRTA representative will meet you at your residence, walk with you to the nearest bus stop, and accompany you as you ride the bus to your destination and ride with you on your return trip.
Along the way, you’ll learn how to:
- use WRTA fixed route buses
- read schedules and plan your bus route
- transfer to other buses
- pay fares and purchase tickets and passes
Travel Training will give you the confidence you need to ride the bus anywhere within the WRTA system.
To schedule your Travel Training session, call Customer Service at 330-744-8431 between the hours of 7:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
