EasyGo Curb to Curb Service
is a new service for Mahoning County communities that allows
all residents including seniors, workers and disabled individuals
the ability to have reliable transportation across the
entire county. This service is made possible by the ¼%
sales tax that voters passed in November 2008.
EasyGo is a flexible service
that is offered with small buses and vans. EasyGo picks
riders up at their home or other location and takes them
where they need to go. Riders may make any kind of trip – to
work, shopping, doctor/dental appointment, personal needs.
EasyGo is a shared-ride service.
This means that other people may be travelling with you.
Other riders may be picked up or dropped off while EasyGo
is taking you where you need to go.
Most EasyGo travel will be in Mahoning County. However,
some travel needs may best be met by going to locations nearby
in adjacent counties.
Who can use EasyGo?
Anyone in Mahoning County can use EasyGo. Elderly persons
who can no longer drive or prefer not to drive, for example,
may rely on EasyGo for their travel needs. People with disabilities
will find the service helpful. If you do not have a car or
your car is unavailable, EasyGo can help you meet your needs.
Riders will only be able to use EasyGo service to reach locations
not served by WRTA fixed route and SST services.
When is EasyGo available?
EasyGo is available on weekdays and Saturdays, but not on
Sundays and holidays when other WRTA services are not provided.
Riders may use EasyGo to travel on:
- Weekdays between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Registering for EasyGo
Service
To use EasyGo, you shouldregister as
an EasyGo rider.
Registration is easy, and can be completed
by calling or completing the online
EasyGo Registration Form. Just provide us with your:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Age and any disabilities you may have
- Any special information WRTA may need
so that you may use EasyGo safely.
If you are 65 or more years of age or
have a disability, you will receive an additional registration
form whch you will be asked to complete and return.
You may also register the first time you
call to schedule an EasyGo ride.

Scheduling a Trip Using EasyGo Service
Once you have registered for EasyGo, simply
call 24 hours or up to seven (7) days before you want to travel.
Please have the following information
ready:
- Your name
- The day you want to travel
- The location to which you want to travel
- The time you wish to be picked up
- The time you will need a pickup to return
EasyGo will
do its best to schedule your trip as closely to the times you
desire. However, since EasyGo is scheduled on a first come-first
served basis, some adjustment of times may be necessary. On rare
occasions, it may be necessary to travel on a different day.
